Erica Klein Animal Pendant Necklaces

Erica Klein Animal Pendant Necklaces, $85 - $106 32% off
Opensky.com

Liz Lange: OK, girls. These baubles have my sister's name all over them! She has been obsessed with a certain line's Panthère ring for as long as I can remember (truth be told so have I). These animal pendants and bracelets have a ton of style. They remind me of all my fave vintage pieces.

Jane Wagman: To me, the perfect fashion/accessory item is 1. bold, 2. playful and 3. elegant. Well, hello? Check, check and check! These are strong enough to stand alone but would also look good mixed with a watch, silver pieces, etc.

Kara by Kara Ross Crescent Bib Necklace

Kara by Kara Ross Crescent Bib Necklace, $315
Opensky.com

Liz Lange: We actually chose this necklace to show on one of our models when we did a spring trend fashion show on The Martha Stewart Show yesterday. Martha loved it! I love to dress all in one color and then add a pop to my look with a bold statement necklace. What's more chic than wearing all black with this necklace--in either the great bold coral for a true '80s inspired/Diana Vreeland moment or the black and white snakeskin for a classic elegant and more '70s vibe? And imagine the black/white snake version paired with a grey top? That would be so fabu!! And I love the look of a snakeskin print against bold colors.

Jane Wagman: On Shopafrolic.com we are really feeling for brights. They were all over the spring runways and they feel so fresh and right. I love to wear colors and for me more is more; I layer them and color block them and love them! But so many of you email us and say that you are afraid of bold color, and ask us how you can do this trend in a "safe" way. This necklace in the bright coral color would be an easy and super chic way to dip your toe into a bit of the vibrant color trend without a full on commitment.

Naturalizer Women's Hidi Wedge Sandal

Naturalizer Women's Hidi Wedge Sandal, $79
Amazon

Liz Lange: I have a crazy love for elegant classically shaped shoes done in natural fabrics. The juxtapostion is so drop dead chic - it kills me! Wood, rope, raffia - I get weak. Beautiful raffia mixed with brown on an elegant shoe.

Jane Wagman: Kudos Liz for finding this Naturalizer shoe. Fer reals how the h*ll did you find this one? It's adorbs and so sophisticated looking for $70! ...Let's face it, nothing is better back to denim but raffia would also be beyond amazeballs back to Pantone's 2012 color of the year: Tangerine Tango. But more on that color later. Raffia is the pefect neutral and will look great with all this spring's colors (including black, girls.)

J. Crew Viv flats

J. Crew Viv flats, $228
J. Crew

Liz Lange: I know we posted the heel version of the J. Crew bow pump but we love this flat so much we felt the need to post it as well. Red shoes are such a fun way to add a pop of color to your outfit. Throw this on with a black cropped pants and top for an Audrey look.

Jane Wagman: Full disclosure: I own these and j'adore it. I wear them with jeans, red cords of the same color, skirts, dresses...you name it. Treat these as a neutral and simply wear them with everything. Go for a color blocked look and pair these shoes with clothing that's a different bright color (purple, blue, pink...) The combos are endless. I did a lot of research searching for the perfect red shoes. These are the perfect shade of red and the bow/pointy toe detailed make them extra adorbs!

Scala Crocheted Raffia Straw Floppy Hat with Chinstrap

Scala Crocheted Raffia Straw Floppy Hat with Chinstrap, $56
Village Hat Shop

Liz Lange: Jane never ever sits in the sun without her head covered. For awhile she was wearing over-priced visors that looked like sombreros. Safe from the sun but NOT safe from all the family teasing! This past summer she debuted this Scala hat and, knock me over with a feather, she actually looked super cute!

Jane Wagman: This was a gift from my friend. Best present ever. I can't believe she found a hat that actually looks pretty good on me. It's true I used to spend a fortune on visors and hats, and, sadly, none of them were doing me any favors. I just couldn't get it right. This hat is flattering on everyone (at least everyone I have seen try it on). It is also super comfy and doesn't make my head hot. If you live in a warm place or are headed somewhere warm this holiday season invest in some coverage from the sun.

Infinity Fur Scarves by 525 America

Infinity Fur Scarves by 525 America, $105 (30% off retail $150)
Opensky.com

Liz Lange: First of all these would make an amazeballs gift. Just sayin'. I am not a big scarf wearer because I don't love the feeling of something tight around my neck (same reason I do not love a turtleneck sweater, but I digress). The beauty of the fur infinity scarf in particular is that even wrapped twice around your neck, it's a little loose and yet super-warm. I also love wearing these as a way to dress up a simple sweater. Throw one on and you'll have transformed your look! Bonus: It's knit so it's super stretchy and comfy.

Jane Wagman: I have been obsessed with fur scarves forever! In fact, I have been sitting at my desk every day this week wearing these since the temperature has dropped. They both add just enough warmth without strangling me. Plus, you don't have to think abou how to tie them on! Just throw on the funnel and do one loop with the infinity scarf, and voila, you're good to go. They're literally the coziest scarves ever. I want to sleep with these, name these, never take them off....

Sarah Jessica Wool Floppy Hat by Christys'

Sarah Jessica Wool Floppy Hat by Christys', $45
Opensky.com

Liz Lange: If you follow us on Shopafrolic, you know that I am simply NOT a hat person. I don't wear hats to keep warm and I don't wear them for fashion. That said, that doesn't mean I can't appreciate them on others. This hat taps into a trend I AM fully embracing: the 1970s Faye Dunaway, Jane Birkin, Brigitte Bardot fabulosity. Pair this with long lean pants and a blouse with big bell sleeves...

Jane Wagman: I find this wool hat trend super 70s glam. I know Liz likes to say that I dress as if I am going to a costume party every day (and maybe I do a bit), but I don't find this simple style in neutral colors costume-y at all. To me, a hat is the finishing touch you need for your outfit. If you are a hat person, this is a perfect way to test out this trend.
