Liz Lange: Yes pets, we are about to enter that great time of year when your arms will be exposed. Being that I do not sit in the sun anymore (and hopefully you do not either) keeping my NOT suntanned skin healthy looking is a huge priority. This Skin Tight Serum really works - it makes my arms look smoother and more toned. Now who doesn't want that?
Jane Wagman: I have actually always taken my uber fancy face serum and rubbed some on my arms before applying my body cream. Mama Mio, fess up, were you reading my diary? This product feels like it was created just for me. Thanks ladies!

Liz Lange As Jane has commented on ad nauseam, my skin is very dry! I recently found this "gelee" moisturizer and I am addicted. I keep it in my fridge (it is made up of "super foods" and fresh ingredients) so it goes on cool and refreshing. It's the first thing I put on my skin in the morning and the last thing I put on before bed.
Jane Wagman I am all about hydrating your face. It is what keeps your skin smooth and wrinkle free (well, that's impossible but you get the picture). I do suffer from eye puffiness and always want to be the kind of person who lies around with cucumber slices on my eyes, and if you are, go for it, but if not, this gelee is the next best thing!

Liz Lange: After filming a fashion segment all about brights for the Martha Stewart show this morning Jane and I made our way to Bergdorfs (aka happiest place on earth). One of the easiest ways to dip your toe (or lips) into this trend is with a bold lip color.

Liz Lange: After filming a fashion segment all about brights for the Martha Stewart show this morning Jane and I made our way to Bergdorfs (aka happiest place on earth). One of the easiest ways to dip your toe (or lips) into this trend is with a bold lip color.
Jane Wagman: Literally Tom Tord's new lipstick line is the name on every makeup artists' lips! I walked out with today's color Cherry Lush. Part of what we love about these bold thick lipsticks is that they stain your lips a bit so the color remains long after the actual lipstick has worn off.

Liz Lange: Jane and I never - and by never I mean NEVER - leave the house without some form of sunblock on. We were recently turned on to the Aveeno Positively Radiant tinted moisturizer with SPF 30 (!) and we just had to share with you. Jane, will do do the honors?
Jane Wagman: Aveeno is a natural skincare line. This moisturizer has "light reflecting minerals" which literally make your skin glow in a dewy yet not greasy way. It is not so heavy that if you want to wear your moisturizer in addition you can, but provides enough coverage that it works alone as well. We particularly love it during this time of year when your skin can look a little dull by the end of the day. This product keeps your skin hydrated all day long.

We have both been total devotees of Laura Mercier Tinted moisturizer with SPF 20 for years now as it goes on smooth, is super light, provides just the right amount of coverage without looking cake, and on and on.
Jane Wagman: This is not so heavy that if you want to wear your moisturizer in addition you can, but provides enough coverage that it works alone as well. We particularly love it during this time of year when your skin can look a little dull by the end of the day.

Liz Lange: As the weather turns drearier, I love to make myself a little bronzier. I find a mousse SO much easier to apply than a gel or a cream/lotion. It just goes on so quickly and easily and in the morning every second counts!
Jane Wagman: Hilarious that Liz has finally converted to do-it-yourself tanning. You know, she is a huge advocate of the fancy salon spray tan. And in fairness, it does work very well on her. But, the convenience and price of these products can not be beat and I find the color is amazing. I use Jergens as my daily moisturizer every other day and I love the natural glowy look it gives me. In winter I like to apply tanner at night so I am I ready to go in the morning. I way prefer a "tan" ankle popping out as opposed to my natural translucence!

Liz Lange: I am very new to the exfoliating game, but I gotta say, I am fairly addicted to it. Once a week, I love to apply this gel (love that it is a gel and not thick creams) to my face AND neck. It work quickly and has none of those rough granules in itand seriously leave your skin feeling extra smooth, soft and rejuvenated. Tata Harper is completely natural and is made locally in Vermont.
Jane Wagman: What Liz isn't telling you is that she also finds that exfoliating her face prior to a fresh spray tan, makes the spray tan work even better. I am a huge skin care regimen person and j'adore a good exfoliater. In fact, my skin guru, Aida Bicaj, told me that the only way cream actually absorbs into the skin is by exfoliating first. Otherwise it just sits on top of the dead skin cells. Gross but true. Do as I do: Splurge on your face and use a less expensive version on your body (especially hands and arms). For a similar scrub check out Ice Elements. You can seriously reduce sun/skin damage by exfoliating and lathering up. TIP: Always do to your neck whatever you do to your face.
