Lorac TANtalizer Body Bronzing Luminizer, $32

Liz: We were afraid we were killing you with fake tan products but now we feel we have neglected our favorite item for too long! Truth: I prefer to be "professionally" sprayed weekly but sometimes I have a few days (weeks) when that is not available to me. Since being pale is simply not an option for me and neither is sitting in the sun, this is my new fave do-it-yourself fake-out bronzer. I use it on my arms and legs only (not my face). Perfection if you let it dry on you before you get dressed (it will rub off on light colors). Simply the best looking fake tan that washes away with soap.
Jane: Liz really said it all. I do NOT professionally spray tan (too high maintenance for me) but I also hate to be pale and do NOT sit in the sun. In fact I am completely unrecognizable on the beach with my huge sombrero on. I mix this with my body lotion when I get out of the shower and let it dry while I am doing all my primping (aka picking my face in the mirror).

Kara Ross: "I spend most of my summer weekends in the Hamptons, so I try to moisturize as regularly as possible. I love all Jo Malone products, but the Orange & Geranium moisturizer is one of my favorites."
Liz: I am not familiar with this specific cream but I love Jo Malone products and this has lots of good things in it - Vitamin E Gel, Green Tea & Honey and Avocado Cleansing Milk.

Liz: Remember it is STILL summer and you should be wearing SPF EVERYTHING! This is one of our favorite lip glosses and it is super sheer but also super moisturizing. The colors are all really subtle. My personal favorite is Air Kiss but really they are all great.
Jane: The only negative is that it is a touch sticky. That said, it is the stickiness that makes it stay on longer (hard to find long lasting lip gloss). Bonus (or not): my daughters like this as well, as they love to play with my makeup but then they get freaked out if any of it is too colorful!

Liz: The name is a play on the word "no" because these fantastic products were formulated by 2 top hairstylists (their resumes include Frederic Fekai, Elizabeth Arden, etc-read their bios online as too illustrious to fully cover here.). Their concept was to create a salon quality luxurious product that was also completely free (hence the "no/know") of all toxins. So instead of Formaldehyde, Parabens, etc it has Pink Grapefuit and Brazil Orange Oil extracts. We are in love.
Jane: I color my hair and this is the first shampoo that I have ever used at home that truly does leave my hair feeling both salon quality shiny/bouncey and protects my color. We chose to post the shampoo but we of course love/use the matching conditioner and we adore the body wash (as do our children.). These 3 products are amazing.

Liz: These are just like Q-Tips except one end is pointed and the other end is flat. A great makeup artist taught me that one of the easiest ways to create the perfect cat eye is to apply your shadow and dark liner as usual. Then take the pointed end of these and use it to wing the liner up and away from the outer edge of your eye. Use the flat side to clean up any excess liner or shadow under the wing and you will have a perfect cat-eye.
Jane: Liz just made that sound tres complique! But I promise it's quite easy. You can be messy with your shadow and use this flat side to clean it all up and at the same time create an upward sweep. I also use the flat side to smudge liner into a smokey look. These "Q-Tips" are indispensable!

Liz: They so had me at meringue! But then when they described their eye makeup as "puff pastry-soft" I was swooning and starving. These adorable yummy eye shadows have names like "lemon sponge" and "cinnamon cocoa". Each beautiful round faux leather box comes with 5 eye shadow shades. And the box is so pretty you can use it to store jewelry or other things later. My 9 year old daughter has been using my old boxes for stickers and silly bandz.
Jane: These boxed sets of shadows are not only pretty, they have a whipped light, dare I say it mousse-like consistency and they are completely paraben free and dye-free. They are actually good for your skin! I use these as eye shadows and eye highlighters but they say that they work on cheeks too as bronzers or blushers depending on the color. FYI, Liz dies for meringues and custard filled pastries....

Liz: This is the set I grab anytime I travel. It has every brush I need, is a fabulous price and the cork carrying case is so cute it could double as a vacation clutch.
Jane: And on top of all that, it's eco-friendly! I use the tiniest brush to smudge my liquid liner for a smokey eye effect. 6 brushes for under $20, say no more!!!

Liz: We are OBSESSED with dry sunscreen. I don't have oily skin but I do hate hate hate to feel greasy or sticky and I hate hate hate to wear a hat. Putting this on is literally like wearing absolutely nothing on your skin and yet you are shielded from UVA/UVB rays.
Jane: I DO have oily skin and dry sunscreen is LIFE CHANGING. I like the translucent on my face as it is an invisible shield against the sun and the tanned version for my body as it adds a little glow.

Liz: Once again, I was perusing Jane's bathroom when I stumbled upon this product sitting innocently on her sink. "C'est quoi?" I asked myself and proceeded to try it, as we were about to go on a beach walk and I saw it had SPF in it!
Jane: It's true! I walked into my bathroom to find Liz going around and around and around on her lips with my brand new SoftLips Lip balm. It does have SPF 20, and is so sheer it feels like nothing. Maybe that is why Liz put so much on?! If you get this handy 5 pack it comes with a little reusable pouch.
